Here's an ultra rare and brilliant speech from Charlie Munger. He delivered this speech in 1995 and it was transcribed into a document shortly after. Below we've embedded it.

OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results. It was introduced to Google by John Doerr in 1999. Google was just getting started. Doerr took the OKR concept from something that he had observed at Intel. Doerr is still on the Board of Google today. The purpose of OKR is to evaluate and measure each employees success and failures while working. One of the amazing things about OKRs is that they are all made entirely public so anyone in your company can view them. For example, in Google, anyone can view Sergey Brin's and Larry Page's OKRs.
